  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (Chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and peel russet potatoes if desired, then slice into ¼ inch sticks. Rinse in cold water to remove excess starch and pat dry.
  2. Season the Fries: In a bowl, toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry: Arrange seasoned fries in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
