Air Fryer Honey Lemon Salmon is a quick and healthy dinner. Salmon fillets are coated in a honey lemon glaze and cooked in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce (if using), garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil. Place them in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  3. Generously coat the top of the salmon fillets with the honey lemon glaze, ensuring they are fully covered.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Air fry the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • This recipe is ideal for busy weeknights.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
