Irresistible No Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Cookies – A Holiday Treat Worth Sharing

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups quick oats
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Melted chocolate or white chocolate drizzle for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure out oats, coconut, and pecans. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Boil gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Quickly mix in oats, coconut, and pecans until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined sheets. Let cool at room temperature for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate once set for extra flavor and presentation.
