A creamy, lightly sweet, custard-like dessert made with just Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cream. This baked yogurt is wholesome, indulgent, naturally gluten-free, and perfect for a healthy dessert, snack, or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or regular milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or ground cardamom (optional)
  • Chopped fruit
  • Nuts
  • Honey
  • Granola

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange 2–4 ramekins inside a larger baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cream until smooth. Add vanilla or cardamom if desired.
  3. Divide mixture evenly into ramekins.
  4. Carefully pour hot water into the large baking dish around the ramekins to form a water bath.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with fruit, nuts, honey, or granola.
