  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Kewpie recommended)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice 1 lb chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of rice according to package directions until fluffy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, and 2 tbsp sriracha until smooth.
