8 ounces Pasta (rotini or penne)
2 cups Fresh Broccoli Chopped into florets
4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
1 medium Red Onion Chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Chop broccoli and red onion. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Combine cooled pasta, broccoli, and red onion in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the pasta and broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat.
Chill the salad for at least 3 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Stir in crumbled bacon just before serving.
