Decadent Brownie Truffles You Can Make in Minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pan brownies, baked and cooled, then crumbled
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened (or sweetened condensed milk / nut butter)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth chocolate)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, chopped nuts, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Bake brownies if needed and let them cool completely. Crumble into fine pieces.
  2. Add softened cream cheese (or alternative) and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-tablespoon balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill truffle balls for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Coat each ball in melted chocolate and add toppings before setting.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, then enjoy.
