  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of onion powder

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×13 inch baking dish. Shred cooked chicken. Grate cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; set aside 1/2 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella for topping.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until completely smooth and lump-free.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the Buffalo Chicken Dip mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
