Cabbage Roll Skillet is a quick, comforting one-pan keto dinner made with ground beef, tender cabbage, and a rich tomato-based sauce.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15)
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head green cabbage, chopped (67 cups)
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, no sugar added
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce, low carb
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes until slightly wilted.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
  6. Taste, adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve hot.
