2 cups cold brewed coffee or cooled espresso (decaf optional)
½ cup milk (whole, oat, almond, or preferred)
¼ cup thick caramel sauce, plus extra for topping
⅓ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 4–5 cookies)
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar or sweetener (optional)
Ice cubes, for serving
Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
Brew coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely.
Crush chocolate sandwich cookies, leaving some small chunks for texture.
Add coffee, milk, caramel sauce, heavy cream, sweetener (if using), and half of the crushed cookies to a blender. Blend 10–15 seconds until smooth.
Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the blended drink evenly into each glass.
Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies. Serve immediately.
