- 6 oz (170g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
- Garlic Butter Sauce, melted
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into about 33 even squares (1 inch each).
- Place a cube of mozzarella in each square, fold corners over, and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
- Arrange dough balls seam-side down in a Christmas tree shape on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over dough balls.
- Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Brush with more garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan and parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dips.
