Irresistible Cheesy Pull Apart Christmas Bread: The Festive Tree Appetizer Everyone Will Love

  • 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury)
  • 6 oz (170g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping
  • Garlic Butter Sauce, melted
  • Sweet Chili Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into about 33 even squares (1 inch each).
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in each square, fold corners over, and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
  4. Arrange dough balls seam-side down in a Christmas tree shape on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over dough balls.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Brush with more garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan and parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dips.
