  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of uncooked long-grain white rice, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
