  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cups chicken broth
  • 1 box (11–12 oz) Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (with seasoning packet)
  • 12 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour melted butter into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Spread shredded chicken evenly over the butter.
  4. Scatter frozen vegetables over chicken and season lightly.
  5. Combine biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk until smooth.
  6. Evenly pour biscuit mixture over chicken and vegetables (do not stir).
  7. Whisk soup and broth together, then gently pour over biscuit layer.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40–60 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
