  • 1/4 cup flour (or cornstarch for gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
  • 2 tbsp butter (or more olive oil for dairy-free)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)

  • 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian)
  • 1 cup sour cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

Instructions

  4. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, scrape the skillet, and return the chicken. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
