2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (340 g)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
3 cups crispy chow mein noodles (about 85 g)
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
36 mini candy chocolate eggs
Pastel sprinkles
White chocolate drizzle
Edible glitter
Instructions
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
Stir chow mein noodles and coconut into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of mixture onto the sheet. Use the back of a spoon to press a small indentation in the center to form a nest shape.
Place three mini chocolate eggs into the center of each nest while the chocolate is still soft. Press gently to secure.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. Serve once fully set.
