A festive charcuterie board perfect for Christmas gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 200g cured meats (salami, prosciutto, ham)
  • 150g assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
  • 100g mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 50g dried fruits (apricots, figs)
  • 1 cup fresh grapes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup honey or jam
  • Crackers or breadsticks
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange cheeses on a large board.
  2. Fold cured meats and place them around the cheeses.
  3. Fill gaps with nuts, dried fruits, and fresh grapes.
  4. Add olives and small bowls of honey or jam.
  5. Place crackers or breadsticks in empty spaces.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve immediately.
