Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 cup chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the sugar mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Layer chocolate cake crumbs at the bottom of a cake pan.
  5. Add a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cake crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the ice cream.
  7. Add a layer of chocolate ice cream.
  8. Top with remaining whipped cream mixture.
  9. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  10. Remove from freezer, slice, and serve.
