Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl is a quick, low-carb comfort meal that delivers all the cozy pizza flavors without the crust.

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sugar pizza or marinara sauce
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Cooked Italian sausage (optional)
  • Sliced olives
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Spinach
  • Italian seasoning or oregano
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
