Ingredients
Scale
1 lb chicken tenders or chicken tenderloins
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup crispy bacon crumbles (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir everything together until smooth and well combined.
Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, generously spread the creamy mixture on each chicken tender, making sure they are fully coated.
Top each chicken tender with crispy bacon crumbles (if using) and the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden. Check the internal temperature to reach 165°F (74°C).
Once done, remove from the oven and let the tenders cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
