These Irresistible Cranberry Brie Bites are the ultimate holiday appetizer—flaky, creamy, and festive.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 oz brie cheese, rind on or off (your choice)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Optional toppings: Orange zest or crushed pistachios for color and crunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  2. Place each square in a greased mini muffin tin to form cups. Add a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce to each.
  3. Brush exposed pastry with beaten egg for a golden shine. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy warm for a gooey center, or at room temperature for easy entertaining.
