  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Cranberries (dried or fresh, chopped if fresh and sprinkle with sugar)
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to ensure even thickness.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and chopped fresh herbs in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, then sprinkle cranberries on top.
  5. Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape and slice into ½-inch pieces.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pinwheels on it, brushing tops with egg wash if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving warm.
