  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the dish)
  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the chicken breast tenderloins evenly in the baking dish without overlapping.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
