  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeño
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens, then toss with cooked pasta.
