  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or canned chicken, drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Oil for pan-frying

Instructions

  1. Add chicken to a large bowl and break apart until no large chunks remain.
  2. Mix in eggs, milk, garlic, green onions, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in flour and grated cheese until a thick batter forms.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Scoop batter into the pan, gently flattening each fritter.
  6. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and rest briefly before serving.
