Ingredients
Scale
1 large head Cauliflower, cut into equal-sized florets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin (optional)
1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into equal-sized florets. Rinse under cold water and pat them thoroughly dry.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil and spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper). Toss until all florets are evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through.
Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley after roasting.
Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Ensure cauliflower florets are completely dry before tossing with oil and spices for maximum crispiness.
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure even roasting and crispiness.
Flipping the florets halfway through the roasting time promotes even browning.
