  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and cornstarch.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Stir the sauce gently and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
