Satisfy your sweet cravings with these easy-to-make, high-protein peanut butter yogurt bites. Perfect for a quick snack, post-workout treat, or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yogurt Base: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, and 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup. Whisk until completely smooth.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Assemble Bites: Drop dollops (approx. 1.5-2 inches diameter) of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add Swirls & Toppings: Drizzle the melted chocolate and 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter over each yogurt dollop. Use a toothpick to gently swirl. Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  5. Freeze: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours, or until fully firm.
  6. Store & Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove bites from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container. Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Enjoy directly from the freezer or let soften slightly for a creamier texture.
