Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Prepare Yogurt Base: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, and 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup. Whisk until completely smooth.
Melt Chocolate: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Assemble Bites: Drop dollops (approx. 1.5-2 inches diameter) of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add Swirls & Toppings: Drizzle the melted chocolate and 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter over each yogurt dollop. Use a toothpick to gently swirl. Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Freeze: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours, or until fully firm.
Store & Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove bites from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container. Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Enjoy directly from the freezer or let soften slightly for a creamier texture.
