- 1 ½ pounds fresh salmon fillet
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Substitute lemon juice with lime juice
- Add chopped cilantro
- Use lime zest instead of lemon zest
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat salmon dry and place on prepared baking sheet.
