Incredible Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon – The Ultimate Juicy Oven Perfection

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds fresh salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Substitute lemon juice with lime juice
  • Add chopped cilantro
  • Use lime zest instead of lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush mixture evenly over salmon.
  5. Roast for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is slightly translucent in the center.
  6. Allow salmon to rest briefly before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and additional parsley if desired.
