8 oz noodles (choose gluten-free if needed)

Instructions
In a large pot, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. This should take about 5 minutes.
Carefully add the diced chicken breast, sliced ginger, minced garlic, chopped carrots, celery, and onion to the simmering broth. Stir gently and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
While the soup simmers, bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add your chosen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
