Irresistible Graham Cracker Toffee Bars for Sweet Moments

  • 1 box Honey Graham Crackers (Swap for gluten-free options if needed.)
  • 1 cup Butter (Opt for unsalted for more control over flavor.)
  • 6 bars Almond Hershey’s Bars (Chocolate chips can be used as a substitute.)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (Coconut sugar works well for a lower-glycemic choice.)
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans (Feel free to use walnuts or almonds.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Evenly layer honey graham crackers in the bottom of your greased baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine two sticks of butter and one cup of brown sugar over medium heat, stirring for 3-5 minutes until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Sprinkle broken pieces of Almond Hershey’s bars over the buttery mixture, then add chopped pecans on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until bubbly and edges turn golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
