Incredible Greek Chicken Tacos with Whipped Feta are fresh, protein-packed Mediterranean-inspired tacos made with juicy lemon-oregano chicken, crisp vegetables, warm tortillas, and a creamy whipped feta sauce.

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons / 30 ml)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber (150 g)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (40 g)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (150 g)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (120 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest, then slice.
  3. In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  4. Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet until warm and pliable.
  5. Layer sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Spoon whipped feta over the top and serve with lemon wedges.
