  • 50g powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Whisk sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Sift in flour and cocoa powder, then mix gently.
  6. Add vanilla extract and stir until combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
