- 4 pork cutlets (about 150g each)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pound the pork cutlets to an even thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove cutlets and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and paprika.
- Pour the mushroom gravy over the cutlets before serving.
