  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (Cheddar can be used for a unique twist.)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
  2. Scoop portions of the mixture, shaping them into 1-inch balls. Place on a clean plate, yielding about 20 meatballs.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook meatballs for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
