  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Low-Sugar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease ramekins with olive oil spray.
  2. Spoon 1/3 cup of cottage cheese into each ramekin, smoothing it evenly.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes over the cottage cheese and mix gently.
  4. Drizzle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of low-sugar marinara sauce on top of the cottage cheese and spread it out.
  5. Top each ramekin with shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
  6. Place mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving or storing leftovers.
