  • 1 cup Sour Cream (can substitute with plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (light version works too)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (can substitute with Provolone)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (mix with pepper jack for extra kick)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Pecorino Romano is a substitute)
  • 1/4 cup Diced Green Onions (chives can be a milder alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper (other bell pepper colors work too)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or use fresh garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (substitute with finely chopped fresh onion)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (or individual dried herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses. Stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. Fold in diced green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
