Mediterranean Salmon Avocado Salad is a fresh, protein-packed meal made with flaky salmon, creamy avocado, crisp vegetables, and bold Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Remove salmon and rest briefly, then flake into large pieces.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine greens, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  6. Top with salmon and feta cheese.
  7. Drizzle with dressing just before serving and gently toss.
