- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Thyme

- 2 cups Cooked Grains
- 1 cup Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1 cup Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Marinate the steak by combining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
