Mini Christmas Cheesecakes are creamy, festive, bite-sized desserts perfect for holiday parties, dessert platters, and gift boxes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Crushed peppermint candies
  • Red and green mini M&Ms
  • Whipped cream
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Gingerbread cookie crumbles
  • Fresh cranberries or raspberries

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Add about 1 tablespoon to each liner and press down firmly. Bake for 5 minutes, then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat again. Mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until just combined.
  4. Spoon cheesecake batter over the crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until centers are slightly jiggly. Do not overbake.
  6. Let cool on the counter for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Add whipped cream, berries, peppermint, sprinkles, M&Ms, or gingerbread toppings as desired.
