  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in oregano and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
  3. After cooking, let chicken rest before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Warm tortillas in the skillet, spoon shredded chicken onto the center, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold in sides and roll the tortilla tightly. Cook wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice wraps in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
