  • 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 14 Oreo cookies, crushed (regular or Golden Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sugar until well combined and creamy.
  4. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Gently stir in crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Cool cookies on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
