Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza is a crowd-pleasing dessert fusion of gooey brownie, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy Oreos.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (Opt for a fudgy style for best results.)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Can be substituted with melted coconut oil for a dairy-free option.)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (Make sure it’s softened.)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (Feel free to reduce for less sweetness.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Almond extract can be a fun alternative.)
  • 15 Oreo cookies (Other cookies like chocolate chip can be used.)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce/ganache (Homemade or store-bought work beautifully.)
  • 1 cup whipped cream/frosting (Can substitute with whipped coconut cream.)
  • 1/2 cup cookie crumble/crushed graham crackers (Optional for extra crunch.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix package, typically around 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until edges look set and center is soft. Let the brownie base cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until silky.
  4. Once the brownie base has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over it, smoothing it to the edges.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the cream cheese layer, pressing a few whole Oreos into the topping for decoration.
  6. Drizzle chocolate sauce or ganache over the entire dessert in a beautiful pattern.
  7. If desired, add dollops of whipped cream or frosting around the edges. Sprinkle cookie crumble or crushed graham crackers on top.
  8. Refrigerate the assembled pizza for at least 1 hour to allow layers to set.
  9. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
