Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl is a thick, creamy, and satisfying breakfast or snack made with frozen bananas, natural peanut butter, and simple pantry ingredients.

  • 2 large ripe bananas, frozen
  • 23 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice ripe bananas and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Add a splash of milk only if necessary.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Spoon into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
