2–3 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Slice ripe bananas and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
Blend until thick and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Add a splash of milk only if necessary.
