Scale
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cubed
1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Onion Soup
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for browning)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Brown beef cubes for extra flavor.
In a bowl, whisk together Cream of Onion Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, onion soup mix, water, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Add beef to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour soup mixture over top and stir to coat.
Cover the dish tightly with heavy-duty foil — no peeking!
Bake 2½–3 hours, until beef is fork-tender.
Carefully remove foil, stir, and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
