3 cups (510 g) white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Red food coloring (gel or liquid)
Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting later.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir in salt and peppermint extract. Mix until well blended.
Pour mixture into the pan. Drop a few dots of red food coloring and swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled look.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for crunch and holiday sparkle.
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until firm. Lift out and cut into squares before serving or gifting.
