  • 4 fillets Salmon (Fresh, flavorful, and rich in omega-3)
  • 6 tablespoons Pesto (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, spaced apart for even cooking.
  3. Spread 1½ tablespoons of pesto on each salmon fillet.
  4. Combine fresh breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
