  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened or light)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy-free for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • A few strawberries for variation

Instructions

  1. Pour cranberry juice and orange juice into a blender first.
  2. Add pineapple, cranberries, banana, and yogurt. Include honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add more juice or ice as needed for texture.
