- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10–12 cup bundt pan thoroughly.

- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes until smooth.

- Pour remaining batter over filling, covering completely.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, until cake springs back and a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 15–20 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with cream cheese glaze if desired.
