Irresistible Rice Crispy Peanut Butter Balls You’ll Love

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Corn Syrup (Can substitute with honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (No substitutions recommended)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (Chunky is preferable, can use almond butter or Nutella)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Avoid substitutions)
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal (Consider using Cocoa Krispies for a chocolate twist)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine 1 cup of corn syrup and 1 cup of powdered sugar over medium heat. Stir until it begins to boil, about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool for about 10–15 minutes, then roll into balls.
  5. Let the balls cool completely for an additional 20–30 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
