Delicious Rotel Sausage Balls with Beef and Cheese Recipe

  • 1 pound pork or beef sausage
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick or all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
